RETURNS AND CHANGES

IN WHAT CASES CAN I CHANGE OR RETURN AN ARTICLE?

  • I received my order in bad condition

  • I chose the wrong size and would like to change it

  • The product is not what I expected and I would like to change it for another or return it

In any case, it is essential that products subject to a change or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use; otherwise, it will not be possible to make the change or return. It is the customer's responsibility to properly pack the items in order to get them to Italian jewels in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding a suitable container, we suggest using the package with which you originally received your order. If the items are received by us in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.

The period of time during which a product can be changed or returned is 14 days starting from the date of delivery of the order.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A CHANGE OR RETURN?

Write to us at info@worldoflove.it giving us details on what you want to change or return.

As soon as your exchange is approved by our Customer Support team, the new item will be sent to you via a return service, with which the courier will deliver the new product. In the event that the product to be changed is not entrusted to the carrier, the latter will not be able to deliver the new item to you.

Changes

When the return is approved, you will need to send the product to the address we will provide you. As soon as the package has arrived in our factory, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that the purchase amount will be credited to your account in about 2-3 working days. You will receive the amount through a refund on your credit card.

World of love does not take any responsibility for any loss or problem that may occur during shipment, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the latter arrives in our facilities in perfect condition.

HOW LONG IS THE PERIOD IN WHICH I CAN REQUEST A CHANGE OR A RETURN?

The period of time to make a change or return is 14 natural days from the delivery of the order.

HOW MUCH DOES IT MAKE A CHANGE OR A RETURN?

Exchange costs will always be borne by the buyer. The cost of making a change will be € 7.00, corresponding to the shipping costs of the new product and collection of the item to be changed.

If you wish to change a product for a different one for a different amount, the price difference will be paid through a current account payment.

 

You will only have to ship the product to be returned to the address indicated, the cost of which will be charged to the buyer.
